Cancellation Policy

Creactivity Workshop Terms & Conditions All Creactivity workshops — online or in person — are designed and facilitated by Chloe Tiryaki. By registering, participants agree to the following terms: Registration & Payment: Workshop fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to confirm participation. Cancellations: Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date are eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but a transfer to another participant may be arranged upon request. Rescheduling: If Creactivity must reschedule or cancel a workshop, participants may choose a full refund or transfer to a future date. Participation: Workshops include creative and reflective activities; all materials and guidance are for personal and educational use only, not therapy or diagnosis. Health & Safety: In-person participants are responsible for their own well-being and must follow all venue safety guidelines. Confidentiality: Respect for others’ privacy and shared experiences is expected in both online and in-person sessions. Intellectual Property: All materials remain the property of Creactivity and Chloe Tiryaki and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission. Participation in a Creactivity workshop implies acceptance of these terms.
